I adopted a pup last week. He sheds like crazy on my dark green carpet. I hate pulling out the big vacuum everyday. Is there something like a vacuum I can buy to clean my carpet up in between vacuums? Like a non plug in small vacuum? Thanks

Put on some rubber gloves, such as Playtex⢠gloves. Wet the gloves and rub the carpet. The hair will come right up.

Arm & Hammer makes a product I really like. It's called ARM & HAMMER Pet Hair Vac-Away Deodorizing Carpet Foam. I get mine at Wal- Mart for about $3. It's smells great and makes vacuuming hair up really easy. It helps to break the static electricity between the hair and carpet fibers- so when you run your vacuum over the hair- it actually gets picked up. Works great on furniture too.
